Description:

These are metric plug ring gauges are metrology tools that are used for checking threaded or tapped holes, and verify

the proper thread type, major diameter, minor diameter, pitch diameter, and pitch of the thread against a mating thread gauge.

We introduced internal first grade thread machining center and measuring equipment, in order to provide high precision

thread ring gauges to customers worldwide. Plug gauges provide fast results and have the advantage that users can be easily

trained on their use as plug gauges rely on a simple working principle.

For small threaded parts, the gage will be double ended, with one end carrying the GO gage and the other end, the NOGO.

For larger parts, the two may be separate pieces. In order for the part to pass inspection and be accepted, the GO gage should

pass through the entire length of the nut, without requiring the use of too much rotational force. The NOGO gage can at the best

enter into the nut, checked at both ends, over not more than 2 turns. It should not go beyond this.

There are available with different types, including GO thread plug gauges, NOGO thread plug gauge and combination

GO/NOGO thread plug gauges.

Precautions:

2. During use, the plug ring gauge should be placed in an appropriate place, such as on the table of the tool cabinet

or on the wooden backing plate of the immovable part of the machine, and should not be placed on the tool holder

of the machine or the guide rail of the machine, so as not to cause damage.

3. Inspect regularly to see if there is any damage, rust or deformation. If you find that the plug ring gauge begins to rust,

you should put it in gasoline and soak it for a period of time, then take it out and wipe it carefully, and apply anti-rust oil.

4. Do not save the working surfaces of the two plug ring gauges together, otherwise the two working surfaces will be glued

to each other, and the gauge will be unnecessarily damaged when separated by external force.

5. After used the threaded plug gauge, it should be wiped clean and stored under dry condition.
